After three years of exchanging glances at work, flirtatious DM’s, taking the same route back to Raleigh and waving at each other along the way…we finally had our first date on a Wednesday night in October 2019!

Just five months later, when Covid turned the world upside down, we knew we were in a ride-or-die situation. After just one trip together to the grocery store (Jamee likes to organize the grocery cart) we knew we were meant to be.

Throughout the pandemic, after work, we would take long walks around Raleigh and go on excursions across the state during the weekends. Every walk and every trip we grew closer.

And after months of Jamee talking about getting a puppy, we finally welcomed Dolly Parton, our beagle lab mix, into our little family!
